Tony's Outbard Motors has been a family owned and operated business since 1989.  We specialize in old outboard motors like Johnson/Evinrude and Mercury.  We added Chief's Bait in 2005 as a tribute to our son Anthony, who we lost in 2003.  The opening of the bait shop has turned out to be a great success!
In 2010 a local wholesale bait business was closing down, so we decided to make  an ambitious move to take over.   This enabled us to continue to serve existing customers, as well as other small bait shops and anglers in the area.  These three businesses are operated by Tony and Sandy Childers and sons Matthew and Chad.  We've added our personal touches and we cater to our customer's needs!

OUR INTERESTS

We all love to fish!  We enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren.  Backyard barbecues with the the kids over, playing in the pool and on the swing set are what makes everything worth while.

We are members of DAV Chapter 23.  We sponsor and attend the Westside Improvement Group, Inc. meetings for our neighborhood communitry.  We are active members of the community.  We have been successful in gaining access to the West Beach area of our beautiful lakeshore.  This was to be  completed by fall 2011.  We love to see our children and grandchildren enjoy the lake and outdoor activites like we have throughout the years!
